starting somewhere

... Annnnd that somewhere is my Floridian vacation. I created this blog months and months ago - it could be years by now, who knows - and I've yet to do anything with it. Blogs are daunting.
But I figured I had to start sometime, somewhere, with something. Ugh, starting is the worst!

So, here's a picture of me. I'm 23 and living on the coast of Maine, but we'll get to that later. I have a degree in Communications (web and graphic design, specifically) but a desire to be an elementary school teacher. Fascinating stuff, I'm sure. I like lots of things, as time will surely tell. I do my nails too often, listen to too much folky hipster music, and I wear entirely too much jewelry. Cool, let's be friends.
